The Repairability Index is a tool implemented by the French government as part of the anti-waste law for a circular economy. It was introduced in 2021 to allow manufacturers of electronic devices and household appliances to calculate the repairability rating of their products. In the near future the repairability index will be included in the Digital Product Passport. In this model we pretend it is already part of the DPP.
