The resident can choose to repair the device, a Do-It-Yourself job. E6 Service assist in providing documentation, repair flows etcetera. The end state of the product is either repaired or closer inspection learns the device is end-of-life.
If not DIY repairing, then the device can be repaired by a profession either in-house of in location, or the product is brought to a repair café, or the product is donated to a thrift shop (and they repair it themselves, this part is omitted from the view). E6 Services assists in this part of the journey with the lookup of the requested RRR party.
