[JR] To my opinion is this calendar owned by a particular organization. If the service hub is going to provide support (provide arguments for doing so), then a multi-tenant solution is required. The organizations should be isolated from each other. Also the users should not be able to see details of each other. Should the resident be able to see the name or names of the repairperson?
