The first stage in the customer journey of the RRR ecosystems, is creating awareness and acceptance for lifetime extension (LTE) opportunities of EEE. Device end users need to know why RRR is necessary and should be able to see how they can contribute to this system, in order for them to take action. The use cases described here, and directed to the device end users, were important for the local government partners in the E6 project. However were also mentioned by various other stakeholders.
