This database should list available devices, spare parts, tools, and repair items, including details like specifications, quantities, prices, and locations. Standardized Categorization: Implement a standardized categorization system for all items in the catalogue to ensure consistency and ease of use. Real-time Updates: Ensure that the catalogue is updated in real-time with current inventory levels, new stock additions, and item removals. Integration with Repair Management Systems: Integrate the catalogue with existing repair management systems to streamline the parts ordering process directly from the repair workflow.
